Enjoying waiting on the UPS man to show up with your refurbished X-Box so you can play the game exactly (and only) like it was delivered to you on your terrible gamepad which can't aim worth a crap on your split screen with your buddy next to you sharing your tv and sound.... at least until the X-Box breaks again

Albeit, I love the single player story of MW2, the multiplayer portion is what keeps it challenging. I really like doing the co-op spec ops too.

According to internal communications, T-Mobile is forcing Google to change the way existing customers are getting the phone. Now, existing are getting it for $280 as long as they are on individual 2 year plans. I think this went into effect today, so you should be good to go.

I don't play 2 player split screen. That's what Xbox Live is for. Everything else you typed isn't worth addressing again.

It being the best part of the game is your opinion. The fact still remains that is costs nearly 3 times more to play them same game on your computer.

And by me saying I rarely play multiplayer, I am saying I rarely play the actual multiplayer game mode. I play Spec Ops all the time, probably now more than I played the actual campaign, which is still technically multiplayer

I just get bored of it easily. I don't know why. The story mode is what I really like, and Spec Ops keeps me coming back because I like the challenge.

too bad. it left a bitter taste in my mouth. i shouldn't have to pay an extra $100 over a new customer. i'm starting a new 2 year contract as mine is up for renewal.

Mike, you've yet to play a mod like tactical realism for a first person shooter... that's honestly my absolute favorite gameplay mod... and especially with third party maps since the oem maps get boring quick. I can't stand the normal gameplay where you get the lame-ass guys running around with grenade launchers or rocket launchers and just somewhat aim and fire and kill 2 or 3 people or call in a chopper gunner and get 20 kills and then tactical nuke...

You should try COD4 on the 82ndAB TR server. I think you'd change your mind when you play some realistic gameplay. It'll probably spoil the rest of the game for you though

cheapshit asus board, pq5l-cm, i think i got it on sale. won't overclock worth a damn but otherwise is fine. the expressgate is kind of neat, just need to fix the 60hz refresh rate or get a LCD for it.

Not to revive an old thread, even though it's at the top of OT

I used to just about exclusively play games on computer. Yeah, the graphics can be nice, but I (and most gamers I know) always turned them down to max my framerates out anyway, so that arguement is moot. You do have the benefit of free custom user-created content though.

I got tired of playing against people that couldn't just leave the game code alone though. You know what I mean.

With a console, everyone's playing the same version of the game, reads off a disc, and everyone's playing off the same hardware. That $50/year subscription goes to pay for dedicated servers/downloadable content (free or not), and many others.

On a PC, if a new game comes out with badass hardware requirements, guess what, I'll have to upgrade my hardware to meet the new demands. The only time I need to upgrade my console hardware is when new consoles come out.

My computer is pretty much reserved to my work and my MMO. Everything else is on the console.

and BTW, Controller with 2 360 degree analog sticks is better for FPS than a keyboard and mouse combo that basically equates to a 4-way D-pad and an analog stick that isn't 360 degrees. So if you have a PC game controller, then you can do the same thing we can do on console.
